Astronomy Night Was A Big Hit!

Ken Kear gives a presentation on the heavens at our first Astronomy NightLast Friday PhD chemist and amateur astronomer Ken Kear gave an excellent lecture on the heavens. Kear highlighted examples in which the Scriptures demonstrate advanced scientific knowledge of the solar system and cosmos that predated the scientific knowledge of that time! Many children came to the lecture and enjoyed peering though the telescopes with their parents that we had set up throughout Truassic Park.

The Astronomy Night was so well attended that all of the chairs in our Lecture Hall were filled and there was standing room only remaining for rest of the visitors. We have plans for more Astronomy Nights in the future but will have to limit the number of people that can attend each presentation.
